Actually, a lot of people think LW *is* a girl, because of the hair. Michael says when 2/3 of the people think he's a girl, we'll cut the curls. Until then, we're enjoying them.
EM's hair is a source of conflict with Michael. We have compromised on a haircut before school starts.
