So, what do you do with your fennel? We got it this week, too.
This is the first week we've gotten it this year, and at first I had no idea what I was going to do with it. I ended up making braised vegetables--carrots, fennel, and onions--using a Rachel Ray recipe. Michael's garden is bursting with carrots, so it worked out well.
