We just chop the salad turnips up in our salads. They have a mild flavor and add a bit of crunch.
The kale and Chinese cabbage are the ones we struggle with. I found a recipe for kale and sausage soup, and the farm distributed a stir-fry recipe that uses Chinese cabbage. Of course, I've been in Boston all week, so I don't know how Michael ended up using them.

What sorts of things are cooking with your haul? Such as the turnips? I'm not sure I can tell you when I last ate a turnip.
